Tutor (Тьютор)
Position description
A person who supports one or several students individualy, helping them to reflect on their personal goals. He/she helps students to create their personal educational trajectories and to choose position to focus. Tutor helps to develop self-relfection and conducts intermediate and final relfection within a given project.

индивидуальном режиме, помогающий осмыслить собственные цели и
задачи, выстроить индивидуальную траекторию, выбрать фокусное
направление развития. Помогает выстроить рефлексивную позицию,
ведет промежуточную рефлексию в деятельности и итоговую рефлексию
учебных проектов.
