Navigator (Навигатор)
Position description
A person who supports educational process for a group of students. He/she develops group educational track integrating personal tracks, conducts personal and group reflections, mantains group dynamics. He/she should be familiar with micro-role approach and should be able to share it with students. This person is also responsible for selecting and finding educational modules for the group and navigates students in the existing educational system. He/she organises internships and supports student's projects.

Разрабатывает образовательные маршруты для группы с учетом индивидуальных треков, ведет рефлексивную работу в группе и индивидуально, управляет групповой динамикой. Владеет микророльным подходом и погружает в него учащихся. Формирует поле модулей для группы или ориентирует учащихся в имеющемся образовательном пространстве системы. Организует практики и стажировки. Сопровождает и консультирует проекты студентов.
